We are looking for a passionate and experienced Cabinet Maker to join our dynamic team. At Hannaway Hilltown, we believe in the power of quality craftsmanship and the difference it makes in creating exceptional living spaces. Role Responsibilities:
- Execute all aspects of custom cabinetry production, ensuring each piece meets customer specifications and our high standards.
- Ensure the final product adheres to company quality standards, performing necessary adjustments and refinements.
- Assist with various workshop tasks as required, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the team.
- Uphold a pristine and safe workshop environment, adhering to all safety protocols and best practices.
- Training will be provided to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience working in a workshop in this industry would be highly beneficial.
- Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to interpret and understand CAD drawings with accuracy and precision.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being able to work independently when needed.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in cabinet making or bespoke furniture production.
- Proficiency in using a range of hand tools, saws, and woodworking machinery.
- Proficient in the English language, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate within the team.
- Good standard of education including G.C.S.E Maths and English grade C or equivalent.
